You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Sale or discounted items
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after receipt

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product or damaged item).
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs if you are returning an item for reasons other than a defective or incorrect product.

6. Exchanges
